| 1:15 p.m. | Arrive BHS for Warm-up rehearsal |
| 2:00 p.m. | Load Trailer and Buses (Pack shoes, socks, hat, show uniform, etc.) Wear your show shirt (Blue Harmonic Journey) Dress into Pants before we leave |
| 2:30 p.m. | Depart BHS (Take a snack to eat on the way) |
| 4:30 p.m. | Arrive at Franklin County HS. Unload, stretch, show prep. TAI-CHI!!!!! |
| 5:00 p.m. | Line up to march to warm-up area |
| 5:05 p.m. | Warm-Up Area |
| 5:35 p.m. | Report to the Gate |
| 5:50 p.m. | SHOW TIME!!!!!!! |
| 6:05 p.m. | Return to buses, load and change clothes |
| 6:30 p.m. | Return to stadium, Get food, watch bands, etc. |
| 7:30 p.m. | Awards |
| 8:00 p.m. | Depart for home |
| 10:00 p.m. | Arrive back at BHS |

Directions to Franklin County HS
I-81 North to I-581 towards Downtown Roanoke. I-581 Turns into U.S. 220 South. Continue through Boones Mill (DO NOT SPEED!!!!!!) Take Exit for VA 40 Rocky Mount/Gretna and turn left at end of exit onto Tanyard Road. High School on left.
